Every performer, director and producer in Australia has one name on their mind when it comes to commercial choreography in 2023; Cassie Bartho.

 

Moving from Newcastle to Sydney at 16, she completed High School and Full Time Dance Training at the esteemed Brent Street Studios. Immediately after graduating Full Time, Cassie launched into a career as a dancer and performer, sharing the stage with the likes of Dua Lipa, Katy Perry, Sam Smith, Ricky Martin, Jessie J, Kylie Minogue, Danni Mingogure, PNAU, Client Liaison, Kim Petras, Havana Brown and more. Adding to this, Cassie frequently appeared as a performer on X-Factor, The Voice and Australia's Got Talent, as well as countless corportate events. 

 

After nearly a decade in the spotlight, Cassie made an organic yet impactful pivot to the world of choreography, creative direction and production. Cassie not only nails the brief, but expands upon it to create slick, high-energy, precise and visually exciting performances. Regardless of whether it calls for cutting-edge or something a little more classic, it's always fresh. 

 

In the past 12 months, Cassie's choreography has taken her across the globe. Most recently, The Squared Division flew her out to Spain to choreograph for David Guetta and Becky Hill at the Los 40 Music Awards. She's also been touring Australia for Delta Goodrem's 'Bridge over Troubled Dreams' Tour as her Movement Director, choreographing for Jessica Mauboy and Courtney Act for Sydney World Pride and working for major brands such as Sheridan, MenuLog, Love Island, Optus and more. Bartho has also assisted choreographers such as The Squared Divison, JTown, Matt Lee, Lucas Newland and Cat Santos on their various endeavours.

Currently, Cassie is a resident creative on the 2023 Australian Season of The Masked Singer (Choreographer) and is the Creative and Training Assistant at Brent Street, overseeing all creative aspects of the world-renown Performing Arts beast.
